Can my pc run gta v

Hey guys
Im a new pc gamer and i wanted to know if i can run games like gta v on max or medium settings this is what im working with:

Intel core i5 4590 3.3ghz quad core
MSI z97 gaming 5 atx LGAG1150
G skill ripjaws x series 8gb (2x4gb)
MSI radeon R9 380 4gb video card

Would really appreciate any help.

Yes it should run GTA V. Settings will depend on the resolution. 1080p should run at med to high setting depending on the fps you want to achieve.
