Can my pc run gtx 1060 6gb

I want to upgrade to gtx 1060 6 gb or rx 580, beacuse userbenchmark pointed out that my graphics are the weak point.

Can you give me any PSU ideas. Mybe i will upgrade some ram in the future also,
 
If you were only going to run the 1060 and never upgrade to anything that required more power I would say something like....

I'm just using Seasonic as an example. It is a very good supply from all I've gathered. I have been running the Corsair RMx series on three machines as of late and I think they are also good.
