CPU - i7-2600 3.4GHz
RAM - 8 GB DDR3 (2x4)
Motherboard - Gigabyte B75m-d3h
source - 500W
1TB HDD
win 10
Can my pc run gtx 1060 :/ ?

Yes of course... however in the future you might want to invest in a new CPU and RAM such as the Ryzen 5 2600 or intel i7 5th gen and DDR4 memory but for now that iit a good build.
