Can my PC run new games?

My rig:
AMD Phenon ii x4 955be(3.2 GHz) with stock heat sink(no overclock)
8Gb ddr3 RAM (1600MHz)
GTX 750Ti (2gb)
1TB hdd.

Can I play games like gta 5, mafia 3, cod HIGH settings on a 16 inch monitor?

Inch isnt important the resolution is more important
Unfortunately u cant run 60fps on fhd on high settings
Mafia 3 : 720p low setting 30fps 1080p lowest 25fps

Gta v : 720p very high 40 fps 1080p high 30fps

Sir for play these sort of.games u need to.change ur mobo and afford a very better cpu which I told u in private message. Then ur second.priorty should be ur gpu as I said in ur pv...
