Can my current PC run The Witcher 3?

My PC meets the recommended settings besides the CPU (CPU bellow minimum)

The minimum required CPU is the Intel CPU Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz, though I only have the intel core i5 3GHz.

id be more worried about you GPU than your CPU with that game. need to know exactly which core i5 you have.

Your cpu is fine too mate, you are good to go.
Ignore the recommended requirements, they're pretty much baloney.

To put into context your 4430 is 1.5x generations newer & has about a 10% IPC improvement over sandybridge
3ghz x 110% = 3.3ghz - your CPU is the equal of the 2500k anyway.
