That card does not have HDMI. It has mini-HDMI. It also has VERY limited performance compared to almost any current generation card.

You might be able to use that monitor using an adapter to convert from mini-HDMI to HDMI, but it's a much older version of HDMI than that monitor and I suspect that while you should probably be able to drive it, somewhat, the card you currently have is much too old to adequately be used with the applications you wish to use, at that monitors resolution and frequency.

What release versions of After effects and Premier are you running, or planning to run?

You could do something like this that would give you an even larger display, still at 1440p resolution, while also upgrading to a MUCH higher...
Unless your graphics card has an HDMI or displayport output, it will not. At least, not off the graphics card. It MIGHT run off the CPU graphics through the motherboard HDMI output, but then it would run off the CPUs integrated HD2000 graphics and not the graphics card GPU.

What is the exact model number of your 550 TI graphics card? Some models of 550 ti DO have HDMI, but it will be an older version of HDMI that may not support all the features of that monitor. Much will depend on what card model you have. It's also possible you might be able to use an active DVI to HDMI adapter, and then it may work regardless. But that graphics card is still getting pretty long in the tooth (Older, not very powerful compared to modern graphics cards)

In reality, your current graphics card and/or also the integrated CPU graphics, are really too slow to run any of those applications really well. It will run them, but it will definitely be lacking in some performance in After effects and Premiere.

You might want to seriously consider upgrading to a newer graphics card. Even a relatively lower end graphics card from this or the previous generation would give you far more capability than what you currently have. Even a low end workstation card meant specifically for use with those applications or type of work might be a good idea.

Is there a reason why you are looking to run THAT specific monitor, or are you just wanting to move up to a larger display with a higher resolution?

You could do something like this that would give you an even larger display, still at 1440p resolution, while also upgrading to a MUCH higher performing graphics card that will unquestionably be faster in any of those applications you intend to run while also being 100% compatible with the inputs on the monitor. Or if you have your heart set on the specific monitor you linked to, you could simply get this graphics card in addition to that, and be good to go. Either way I don't think you are going to end up where you want to be without an incredible amount of frustration using your current graphics card.
