My PC specs :

Intel Core I5 4440 / 3.2 GHz / 6 Cache
Nividia GeForce GT 630
8 GB Ram 1600

Can I run Watch Dogs , BF 3/4 , Assassin Creed Black Flag ?
I know that my GPU is a piece of shit but I am wondering if I can play those games on low Settings.

You're right, the 630 is basically sad when trying to do anything but maybe some moderate multimedia.

It's below the recommended settings, but that doesn't always mean it won't run. Cranked down to the lowest possible settings you might see 30FPS, but your best choice is to get a better video card. Most anything will rip the 630 apart.

Depends what "playable" is to someone.

I've been playing minecraft at 20fps with max-low optifine settings for 2 years now.

If you've seen videos, then by all means go for it. Whether or not a game will play on the lowest possible settings usually isn't a fun experience anyway and isn't recommended by the makers of said game.
