Can my PC Specifications run GTA V?

Can i run it with lowest settings possible even with low specs mods???

CPU: Intel Celeron Dual Core E3400 2.6GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD5450 XFX Edition 1GB VRAM
RAM: 2GB Ram (Virtual Ram is 3GB. So it may help increasing it a bit)
Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit

Please give me hope!

If you believe the video then why even ask? BTW there are a plethora of fake videos on youtube of old low end systems somehow running games they should not be. Be hey if it's on youtube is must be true right, there's no trolls on youtube. Good luck.
