Question Can my pc stream at 720p?

Hello I want to ask will my hardware be enough for 720p 60fps streaming. Thanks in advance my internet is 50mb/s.

Motherboard: Asus p8h61-mx usb 3
OS: Windows 10 Pro ( 64 bit)
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570 3,40Ghz ( non k )
RAM: 8GB ( 2x4 )
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050ti
CPU COOLER: DeepCool Ice Blade 200m

If you use geforce experience (shadowplay) or obs with nvenc encoder you could even stream at 4k 60fps.
If you insist on using the CPU to do the encoding you will be able to do 720 60fps but you will need to set it up correctly with some games to keep it smooth,you will have to give the streaming software a high priority from windows task manager.

I want to use OBS because it has more options like widgets from streamlabs and etc. otherwise GeForce Experience is running without lags but as i say its less customizable and doesn't have a lot of options. So i don't mind streaming with NVENC but on obs i seem to not get the settings right or the bitrate idk i dont understand the settings and if you tell me settings for obs that i could use for nvenc i will be thankful.

I asked for CPU encoder cuz i heard its better for streaming.
