Can my pc stream to twitch while playing CSGO

hey im new to streaming and i wanted to know if my pc was able to stream csgo in HD

CPU - Intel i5-6600K 3.5GHz
MB - Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 7
RAM - 16GB Corsair Venegence
SSD - 256GB Sandisk z400s
HDD - 2TB Baracuda Seagate
GPU - Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB Windforce
CASE - NZXT S340
and my internet is
PING - 12 ms
DOWNLOAD - 130.36 Mbps
UPLOAD - 22.87 Mbps
