Can my pc support this graphics card?

Hi, im thinking of upgrading my graphics card, but i am wondering if my pc would bottleneck it in any way.
The graphics card im currently looking at is the new MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Gaming 8G.

My specs are:
i5-6600k 3.50ghz
geforce gtx 1050 ti oc
16gb DDR4 ram dual channel
120gb SSD
2tb HDD

(Other specs:
Msi z170a gaming m5 motherboard
Cooler master 212 evo
Corsair CX 450M semi-modular psu
fractal design define s with 2 case fans

You would need a higher wattage PSU since the power draw on the GTX1070 and the GTX1070Ti are identical. I would pick out a 650W unit of reliable build and quality to keep for future builds/longevity.
