Can my PC use a GTX 1060?

My PC, holds a MSI H170M Eco Motherboard, an I5 6600k, and a NZXT 220 case, and 16 GB of ram DDR4. Powersupply, 550. Will it fit, and will it work? Motherboard appears to be a mini.

As long as your card is under 330mm (and your hard drive is not in the way), it will fit into the motherboard.

Yes. You should be able to just move your SSD to a lower drive bay to make room for your graphics card.
