Can my pc work if its not cleaned?

Hey everyone my pc cant start at all and i was wondering if its because its not cleaned now my pc is getting power im sure but i looked in my power supply and theres some dust in there now if i clean it like with commpressed air will my pc work again could that be the problem.I alao think something could have overheated like i was recently watchin the temperature of my graphics card and when i was watching something on youtube it was arround 65° (celsius) and when i played game it was arround 100° i dont know if thats too much for my graphics card i know my pc is werry old and its pretty much shit i dont have for a new one.But the main question is could he work again if i clean him he doesnt work att all now.Thank you in advance.

Dust is never a good thing, and likely contributes somewhat to the overall overheating issue.

Clean out the PC fully of dust (compressed air is great). Ensure there's good airflow in your case. Do you have you spec? Case/fan set up would be great to know.

If you CPU overheated, it'll take time to cool down (I don't know how long it's been since the power off), but you definitely have a heat issue.

If your PC runs hot, cleaning out the dust can help it run cooler. If it runs hot long enough(or gets too hot) it could damage components in your system. Most likely there is damaged components(since it won't even start) that a simple cleaning will not fix. How hot was your CPU running?

alright its been like week and my pc suddenly work i didnt mention this in thread but the same thing happened month before it coudnt start at all it took few days for it to work again this time it took week what could be the proble also i think one anwer told that if somethin over heated i takes time to cool down and it works again i dont know i dont really want to use it before i find whats causing all of this i will try to get commpressed air to clean it a bit also i will try elto save money for new pc because this one is pretty weak i only have 2 gigs of ram and i dont know other specs right now but its pretty weak(i suck at saving money i spend everything right away)

When I said overheating takes time to cool down, I meant from minutes to a couple of hours maximum really. The fact it works again after a week is very strange. Clean it up and see how it goes from there. It's quite possible you're having PSU issues though. I assume this was a prebuilt desktop?

alright my brother was on pc before and now i tzrn it on and if i hit or even touch the case it immidieatly(sorry for my bad english) turns off and starts again after few seconds i thjnk its PSU and yes it is prebuilt but i changed PSU once also thanks for your time i realy apprrciate it
