Can my power supply run it?

Hi,i just want to ask will gtx9800+ or gtx260 work on power supply "Spire Jewel 500w"?

They should, but I would get a better, more reputable PSU. Something from Corsair's CXm line would be fine.

If you must go cheap, think something like an Antec VP450. Corsair's CX line is also good for their low price. Spire is kinda terrible. Fire hazard and severe electric shock danger terrible. It is supposedly so bad it's illegal in Europe for not meeting standards, but I honestly don't know anything about European standards myself:
