Question Can my powersupply hold back my system?

GPU:
-GeForce RTX 2080 Dual EVO
CPU:
-AMD Ryzen 7 2700
Storage:
-Intel 660p 512GB M.2 SSD
Case:
-NZXT H500 Black
Ram:
-Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 16GB
Power Supply:
-Corsair TX550M, 550W PSU
Motherboard:
-Asus ROG strix b450-e gaming


I am wondering if the powersupply might hold back the system, so it doesnt preform as well as it should be? I have also overclock my ram and cpu. Cpu from 3.2ghz to 3.8 with 1.24v and ram from 2666mhz to 3000mhz with 1.35v

No, a PSU is generally more of an it either works or it wont.
While you are cutting it close on wattage, its not directly impacting performance.
