Can my processor run this?

According to the official specs from Intel.com:

DDR4-2133/2400, DDR3L-1333/1600 @ 1.35V

So no... 3200Mhz is DDR4-25600

Depending on your board though, it may accept it(but downclock)

A 7700k and that board will have no problem with DDR4 3200.

No. Not only no but if it was me I'd start with DDR4 3600/16 for a 7700k/Z270 build. It scales nicely with faster RAM.

All you will need to do is enable XMP in the BIOS. The speed, voltage and timings will then be set to what the RAM is rated at. In the case of what you linked 3200/16. I'm using a 6700K with 3200/14.
