Can my PSu be hindering my overclock?

Hey guys. my 760k is OCed to 4.5ghz at 1.5v. it is stable through 10 runs of IBT and 64 man Bf4 but not P95. i have a 500w 80+ PSU but it isn't bronze silver or gold or anything so could the PSu be stopping me achieving the constant speed? also i only have a 4pin CPu connector. Could that be doing anything? ALSO could my board ( GIGABYTE GA-F2-A75M-HD2) hinder the overclock?

what temps does the cpu reach? could be also that the cpu can't take 4.5. try 4.4 or 4.3. or hell, even 4.0 is a nice oc.

CPu hits 56 degrees under IBt load

that's not too high temps. it can be any number of things cpu, psu, motherboard... i would stick to what's stable on prime (as i said, even 4.0 is a nice overclock)
