Can my PSU (Coirsar CX450M) run this PC Build

Current PC :

MB: MSI B250M Mortar
CPU: Intel pentium G4560
GPU: RX 480 4GB
RAM 2x4GB 2400
SSD+HDD
PSU: Coirsar CX450M

New PC :
MB: ROG STRIX B350-F
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: RX 480 4GB
RAM: 2x4GB 2400
SSD+HDD

I decided to go on Ryzen 5 with new mobo. So my question is, can my PSU still handle? And what about ram? I have Kingston 2400mhz CL 15, I know, for Ryzen is best memory speed is about 3000 mhz. I found many website about overclock memory, but I don´t understand this

Everything should be okay, I would suggest bumping it up to 500 or 550W but it will still run on that PSU for sure.
