Can my PSU Enlight ENP 400 SH run GALAX 1050 Ti EXOC Dual Fan 4GB?

Can my ENP 400 SH (PSU 400W) run GALAX 1050 Ti EXOC Dual Fan 4GB?
Because GALAX 1050 Ti has minimum requirements Power at 300w

My PC :
- i7 4790
- 16 GB 4x4 Ram
- 1 TB Hard Drive
- Mother Board : MSI B85 G43

And I already has Power Color R7 240
Which has 400w minimum PSU
But my friend says "It will turn on, but won't run", but he isn't sure about that too

As long as you get a 1050ti that is only slot powered you'll be fine.

Yes your PSU can run it , just make sure the card you get is slot powered only.

What does slot powered means? Is that the 6 Pin or something?

Make sure the card doesn't need additional power from the power supply , a few models do.
