Can my PSU handle 2-way crossfireX R9 270X ?

Hello guys! I want to know that can my PSU (Corsair VS650 650 Watt PSU) handle a 2-way crossfireX with R9 270X. My specs :

1.FX-6300

2.1 TB Hard Disk

3. 4GB RAM (My ugrade to 8GB)

4.MSI 970A-G46 Motherboard

5.ASUS Internal optical Drive

Wattage-wise, yes, but the VS series isn't a very good quality power supply, so I wouldn't try pushing it.
