Can my PSU handle a R9 270x?

Hello, I have a question:
I want to upgrade my card to an AMD Radeon R9 270x and I was wondering if I have enough power on the power supply to run this card. The PSU is a 500w Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus.

Yep, two +12v rails at 18A is more than enough to run the 270x (which requires around 24A with other system components)
