That PC is too old and not worth upgrading.

but if you want, instead of GTX 650 get the GTX 750 Ti.

It's more powerful and does not require a 6-pin connector.

650 W is enough to power a GTX 650 or GTX 750 Ti without any problem.
yeah its too old haha, but i will upgrade this 1 by 1 starting with video card cuz my mobo barely support this type of gpu...but did you have a look on my pic? that is the details of my PSU..can that be enough? its a generic psu

Yes. I have.

Nvidia recommends 400 Watts so 650 should be adequate.

I recommend a GT 1030 or GTX 750 Ti whichever you can get for a good price.

These are the best GPU's your old system can handle.

Anything higher will create bottleneck.

Or what you can do is upgrade that CPU with some other CPU from the same generation, or better say with the same socket.. like Core 2 Quad Q9500, Q9550, Q9650.

This will let you use more powerful video cards and run games without lag. like GTX 1050 or GTX 1050 Ti.

A 120 GB Solid state drive is also recommended.
