Hello, I've got a question for you guys. I've got a opportunity to buy new GTX 750 for pretty cheap. Exact model is this one:
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5144

Currently I'm using cheap psu, MS-550 which has 18A and 216W on a +12v rail. Will this be sufficient to run this gpu ? My current system specs are:

Processor: Intel Core2 Quad Q8200 @ 2.33 GHz
Mainboard: Asus P5B
Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 6570 2GB
Hard Disks: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136074 and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136568
DVD-Rom Drive: Some random DVD-RW
Physical Memory: 8GB (4 x 2GB DDR2 DIMM)
Power supply: MS-550

PSU was new when I bought it, about a year ago, maybe less. It has been running this system smoothly so far.

Solution
I would say it would be risky. That PSU is a 200w psu in reality due to the terrible amount of amps on the 12v rail, in other words you bought a junk psu.

With that said, the GTX 750 consumes the same amount of power as your current 6570, so if thats working fine, then theres a good chance the 750 will also.
