Can my PSU handle it?

Ok so in about a couple of huors from now I will be recieving my R9 290 Reference Card and I dont know if my PSU can handle it lol

Also is $240 for this card a good price?

I have the cx600 corsair psu, here are my specs of everything...

Corsair H60 Liquid CPU Cooler
AMD FX6350 @ 4.7ghz
XFX Radeon HD 7850 (This is what Im replacing)
Sabertooth 990FX Motherboard
Samsung 830 120GB SSD
3TB Western Digital Caviar Green HDD
Corsair XMS3 16GB Ram (2 8GB Ram Sticks)
Corsair CX600
Standard Read/Write Disc Drive
2x AF120 Corsair fans quiet edition RED LED
3x CoolerMaster Sickleflow fans RED LED
1x Corsair High Pressure fan

Yea I dunno about the reviews on the reference card because its supposedly super loud

Well being 2 years old wont affect its ability to produce enough power but the cx 600 isent a very good PSU to begin with and 2 years is pushing it, It may fail soon. So i would recommend you get a new one.
