Can my PSU handle it?

Hi, I don't know much about PSUs. So... I am upgrading to an Intel Core i5 4690K and GTX 750 Ti (with GA-Z97-HD3 and 8GB RAM). I have an Enermax PRO82+ 425W. Can it handle this CPU with OC? If not, can a low PSU destruct/burn some components or somthing like that?

If my PSU won't work can you please suggest me one? Something quality (sorry for English btw.) but not too expensive.

It can handle a 750Ti.
I wouldn't want to OC the cpu with this psu.

i wouldnt go with anything lower than 500W personally.

but i have the same CPU with a 500W power supply and a r9270x and i can OC just fine

OK, so if I go with the Core i5 4590 and the EVGA 750Ti FTW it would be fine?
