I currently have
AMD Athlon X4 750K Quad Core 3.4ghz
8GB DDR3 RAM
AMD RADEON R7 250 MSI OC 1GB EDITION
MSI FM2-A55M-E33 MOTHERBOARD

i want to buy GTX 660 MSI OC 2GB EDITION
could my PSU handle it
my PSU says:

EE-ATX-500W-IR
AC INPUT: 200-240V
DC OUTPUT: +12V +5V +3,3V -12V +5Vsb
18A 36A 28A 0,8A 2A

would it be able to handle the gtx 660?

It does, my brother owns one :)

And I doubt your brother loads it to 500W. It probably doesn't even have a freaking PCIe cable. Then if crappy molex converters are used the molex cables probably use too thin of wiring which can burn up or the contacts may be cheaply made and melt.

It ran my AMD Radeon R7 250 OC 1GB GDDR5 good for this time. I bought it prebuilt from the same website SR-71 posted link to (It is a Serbian tech shop, i guess SR-71 is from Serbia too) and why shall it not?

He has and older PC, and this gpu isn't that new either. In most cases the older gpu's have higher TDP.
My bro is running a GTX 560, and he isn't suffering any problems :)

A PSU doesn't just work or not work. It can decrease the lifespan of your hardware if it has poor electrical performance. Your brother's PC in this case wouldn't bring it near 500W.
