Can my PSU handle it?

Hello there,So i got a dell optilex 9020 with a 290 watt power supply...I really want to know if i can overclock my gpu,the specs are below
1-GTX 750 ti OC edition Inno3D
2-Core i5 4570
3-8 Gigs of ram
Aside from this i don't really use gaming keyboards/mice,just normal everyday use mouse and keyboard

I wouldn't. You're already past the capacity of that likely poor quality unit anyhow based on the power requirements of the 750ti OC and the rest of the system.

If you want to overclock that card further than it already is from the factory, get a better quality, higher capacity PSU.
