[SOLVED] Can my psu handle it?

Hey guys i have a 550W MWE cooler master psu and i wanna buy an asus 2070S the recommendation says i should use a 650W psu but in benchmarks 550W was enough
So here is the deal i have a 8 pin and a 6 pin connector and the card needs 2×8pins what should i do?

Yeah that PSU is enough for that card. You sure there isn't another small 2 pin cable right next to the 6 pin connector though?

I wouldn't risk a new 2070S on an old Cooler Master with questionable wattage. I would buy a new quality PSU like a Corsair or a Seasonic.

Yeah... I honestly don't know the quality of Cooler Master PSUs. If it had a gold rating, or had a Bequiet/Seasonic branding, I'd say go for it. Then again, if it's under 3 years old, I'd go for it myself...

...Just don't blame me if anything goes wrong...

If it is anyting other than a gold, no way. If it is a gold, maybe, but not worth the risk.
