Can my PSU handle my gpu?

Hi, when I play games such as Batman Arkham Knight or just cause 20 min after my PC shuts down. I think the problem is the PSU as when I had my 950 my PC ever shut down before but with the 960 it does.
My specs are:

Amd 860k oc to 4.2ghz
Gtx 960
Atx switching PSU 500b
1tb hdd
12gb ram
F2a68hm-hd2

Yes, mosto probably the psu is the culprit. Overclocking cpu and powerful gpu won't work for that psu. Go for a quality psu
