So im getting a new gpu and a psu with that. Is my psu good with everything?

Pc

MoBo - Dell 0D441T
Cpu - Intel i7 860
current gpu - gigabyte gt 730 2gb
Ram - 8gb ddr3
Storage - HDD 2tb + HDD 148gb
Os - Windows 10 pro
Current psu - Some dell 305w
Case - Optiplex 980

New stuff

New gpu - Asus gtx 1060 dual oc 3gb
New psu - Corsair CX450 450W

I did not find much information about the motherboard, the gt 730 requires no additional power cable, gtx 1060 and storage are compatible. The case can accommodate standard ATX power supplies as well.
