Hi ! I was wondering if my PSU can handle NVIDIA 970.
It is a Vitsuba san-60-m 600w (generic i think) with +5v 26A & +12v 28A.
I've been running my asus radeon 6850 without any issues for this last 4 years, but i know 970 is a little more power hungry.
CPU: Intel i5 2500K (no oc)
8 gb ram
HDD: Caviar Black 1TB
Furthermore will i be able to overclock my cpu @4.0 with that psu ?
Thanks in advance !

System with GTX 970 needs good 500w+ PSU with 28 amps or more on 12v rail.

So you will need to change your PSU, i never heard of Virsuba PSUs it man not even output amps that are stated.

Get a better PSU 500w or more from Tier 1 or 2

yatys93 - wattage is not most important in PSU, the most important thing is how many amps on 12v rail, so if he wants to OC 550w PSU from tier 1 or 2 will do just fine
while 600w is fine for a 970, I would get rid of that PSU as isn't a good brand, cheap PSU's will break your system, I would say look at the Corsair HX series or the RM series as they are a little cheaper, but not quite as high a quality, although my friend as one in his main system and another in his server, both quite old now and both running fine, the 650w models would be fine, although for overclocking it doesn't hurt to have a little extra room, look at the 750w version too :)
