i have i7 3770 and 8gb and PSU corsair cx600 and i'm planing to buy gtx 1060 6gb so will my PSU able to handl it ?

Power wise 600w is more than enough, However the Corsair CX600 is known for quality issues. If you can find room in your budget a replacement is recommended. You don't even need 600w, a good 450w or 550w unit is more than enough, such as the Seasonic Focus 550.
CPU: i7 3370
Motherboard: azrock z68
Ram: 2*4 gb 1333
SSD/HDD: HDD 2*500 GB
PSU: CORSAIR CX600 not sure how old is it
OS: windows 10 64 bit
