Can my PSU handle this?

R9 270x

A Radeon R9-270X needs 24 amps on the 12v+ rail and at least a 450w - 500w power supply , usually needs 2 - 6 pin PCIE connections.

The PSU , although not the greatest quality can run those specs.​
