My old graphic card is dead

Y just check my voltages for my new graphic card , before plug , and I found this:
+3,3V = 1,152

There is something more on my motherboard, cpu or ram with potential to kill my new Graphic Card ?

And this from my BIOS

It would also depend on the power supply quality. Graphics card would be running off 12v.

My PSU is a OCZ Silencer 750 Quad , do you think i have to replace it before plug my new Ati R9 x270?

My good old ATI 4890 just dies yesterday my new GPU is coming in some hours, what shall I do, i dont want to kill my new GPU not today aahaha 😛

Thank you :)
Everything looks fine and nice at the moment. :) OCZ official support thinks same than you, the diference is you are faster hahaha :)
