Can my psu power Asus p8z77-v PRO & ASUS GTX760-DC2OC

Hey Guys. I'm about to buy a motherboard & GPU.
The thing is my OCZ PSU seems to not have all the Pin Connectors The Mob and Graphic Card requires.

1)
I heard that Asus has cable modulator 8pin to 6pin in GTX760. So maybe that solve the Graphic Card Issue.

2)
But can the same solution applied to motherboard ?

The gtx760 requires 8pin pcie connector and 30A on 12v rail. And it does come with the 6pin to 8pin adapter. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121775
And your PSU has 36A on 12v and one 6 pin pcie connector so that you should be fine. And the gtx760 only consumes ~170W in fact.
