Can my PSU power my GPU?

Okay, so, as most of you who has spoken with me know, I'm pro Pentium 4. My desktop is an original, slightly modified Dell Dimension 3000, with a 250W PSU. Here's my question - can I power an EVGA GeForce 6200? I plan to pick up the card soon because I have a 1080p monitor waiting for me, and Intel Extreme Graphics 2 won't make the cut for that. So I'm gonna get this card, but I wanna know can I power it WITHOUT having to replace this PSU. I'm currently powering 2 HDDs, the main board, 2 CD-ROM readers (ones a writer too), a 56k modem expansion card. Also, another question is, whats the difference between PCI and PCI 2.1? I just wanna make sure, I don't wanna buy a card I have to upgrade a lot for. Thanks for answers in advance!

Hmm, many PSU calculators say you would need about 300w. I would suggest getting at least a 320w PSU.

Well that CX 430 is very tempting at that price. Get it instantly before it gets out of stock. And dont get that old gen GPU.

Slot provides up to 25 watts
Card probably maxes out around 16-18 watts
If the card is to much for your system you needed a new psu to begin with

Also that 6200 wont do the job at that res. And im afraid you will have to upgrade the PSU.

Also as you dont have budget check on ebay used GPU's with warranty.

I opted for the 6200 because it's a very old card that gets powered through the PCI and I know for sure it'll work on my board - because all I have is PCI. On top of that, I read it supports that res, and it's not so much budget, I don't wanna replace the PSU because it is a legacy Dell Dimension 3000 - the only thing thats different from when it came out of the factory is that it has a fresh coat of AS 5 on the CPU. That and there's a second HDD. I really don't wanna replace anything.

Its no cheap one from a store, it's from Dell, it has to be decent.
