Can my PSU run an amd rx 480

I have a Cooler Master Elite Power RS-400-PSAR-J3 and i was wondering if i can run a rx 480.
My specs are:
I5 2320
8 gb of ddr3 ram
and an amd hd 5450

the psu wattage is cutting it close but overall i think with the quality of that psu a psu upgrade is not a bad idea
how ever you are going to suffer a small proformance hit with a bottleneck by running a 480 with that i5

I dont mind my processor. Im just wondering if my psu can run an rx 480 without crashing and i cant really upgrade my psu cause im really cash strapped.
