can my PSU run this GPU?

PSU: Techwill P4-650w ( It is generic i think)

AC input 220v~50Hz 3A

DC output ( Max ): +5V +3.3V +12V -5V -12V +5VSB
32.0A 28.0A 32.0A - 0.5A 2.0A.

CPU- intel i5 4460
mobo- h97 pro gamer
GPU- r9 270x toxic
RAM- 4gb ddr3
 
Solution
650w even in a cheap PSU should be more than ample to run your components, as long as it's not prone to severe dips in voltage supply. A good steady output is always essential to ensure no unwanted restarts. If changing is on your mind at least try to obtain a gold rated power supply. Doesn't have to be a top end or overly high powered unit unless you are planing on a near future upgrade to a duel 6 or 8 pin powered GPU such as 980 upwards


im a little low on cash right now...and im scared to risk my GPU...guess ill have to wait when i can buy a decent PSU
