My current PSU that came with the computer is below:

Internal 460W (100V-240V)

Form Factor: internal ATX

Total wattage: 460W

Nominal input voltage range:

100-127V/3A (50-60Hz)

200-240V/2A (50-60Hz

I would like to know if I am able to upgrade my video card in my HP Envy 700 to the GTX 750ti without having any problems. Thanks!

So would my PSU do just fine considering it is a 460W? It's the PSU that originally came with the computer (HP ENVY 700) so I don't know what brand it is, it's also internal.

You could open the case and look at the brand... and yes, 460W supply would support that GPU.
Good PSU brands: Antec, Seasonic, Corsair, XFX, Fractal, EVGA.
Bad PSU brands: never heard of the manufacturer

Keep in mind though, a good brand can have a bad product, example: Corsair HX750 has garbage capacitors, but Corsair generally makes good products.
