Can my PSU support this 6970?

Hello,

this is my PSU

I have two HDDs, one SSD and am running at AMD 965 at stock frequency (3.4 Ghz)

My question is can the PSU support this 6970

it says it has 6 and 8 pin connectors on the card, I presume this is an either or not a both are required situation?
