Can my recently built pc play BF4 on ultra?

I built a pc today and i am wondering if it will be able to play bf4 on ultra graphics and how much fps i will have. Below are the specs

Actually from this, playable at ultra with no AA 30-49FPS, though turning down to high would give you a much smoother experience, bear in mind that mantle is coming soon too
