Can my seasonic S12II 520w psu run a gtx 980ti?

My specs are as follows
CPU core i5 6500
MOBO gigabyte b150 hd3
RAM: 8gb ddr4 from kingston
The psu is in the title.

I asked around on other forums too, and everyone told me it should run without problems. However I wanted to ask here too to get some opinions. Can it work or not? Should I get scared that my psu will blow up or my pc will fry?

you should not have any issue running this system with that psu .

Yes it can, it's a high quality unit.
Provided you're not running one of those beastly dual 8 pin cards with a heavy OC and running Furmark for an hour you'll be fine.
There's enough headroom there, not to mention OVP. Just don't push the system too hard.

LOL> Knowing the GPU is really important in deciding. I'd say you will get by but running tight. As long as you don't have tons of fans and drives...you are squeezing by.

I have 3 case fans and one hdd drive. I can disable a fan though if needed and run only on 2 case fans. I also have an led system from deepcool.

keep fan on and if you dont use led disable it if needed .

Yeah I dont know how much the LED strip drains out of my psu. I should be safe just to disable it I guess.

try it with on and if you have power issue disable them but they should not drain much . it use 2.2 watts per feet .

So, what is the situation right now ?
Does your PSU have single wire with PCI-E pins or more than one cable for PCI-E pins ?
Any problems with the system power ? (980 ti + other components working together...)
