Can my specs run BF4 in ultra or custom settings (high and ultra)? With 60+fps.

Yes depending on your resolution. I run a fairly similar set up at 1920 x 1200 and can run at 50+ average

Probably not. It should play fairly well on Medium though.

@quasipredator - you have a 7950, which is quite a bit better than a GTX 650 Ti.

The GTX 650ti yes, the 7950 is much better. However the 660ti vs the 7950 are much closer.

Yeah you should be able to play on high with maybe a couple extra things turned up.
