I'm gonna buy a laptop with these specs:

Processor: Intel Core i5-5200U 2.2GHz
Ram: 8GB DDR3L RAM
OS: Windows 10 Home 64bit
Storage: 1TB SATA HDD
Display: 14" HD 1366x768 LED-backlit TFT LCD with integrated multitouch
Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce 820M 2GB DDR3 VRAM

So, can i run these games. (Medium to High settings)
Minecraft
Trove
DOTA 2
C&C: Red Alert 3
Defense Grid 2
Portal 2
and more...

UPDATE: These games are require fairly low CPU/GPU power and should run fine!

That should work better than you expect. The requirements of the game are fairly low, and your processor far exceeds what it needs, the laptop GPU should work well enough too.
