can my system beat ps4 or xbox one?

hello frndz.....m from india..i am going to build a gaming pc within 50000 rs...my question is,,can this config beat ps4 or xbox one (gaming experience wise)???? my config is....
amd fx 6300
asus M5A78L-M
sapphire r9 270x
seasonic S12II 620 watt
G-skill ripjaws x 8 gb
tota rs 50000 aprox...
plzzz comment also on my config and give me some suggestions....

thnx..by d way do i need 620 watt psu...is 520 watt enough for my system?and do i need any cooler(i dont want to overclock)..stock cooler will be ok?

No need to go for Nvidia - The R9 270X would work perfectly with an Intel CPU.
