Can my system handle emulation

I was considering downloading a ps2/PS3 emulator but i wasn't sure if my system could give good performance. I have an fx 6300, Rx 460 2gb oc, and 8gb ram

If i'm not wrong, there's no stable and good PS3 emulator yet ( correct me if i'm wrong ), so no...
Related to the PS2 emulator, yes. Easily. You're system is more than enough for it.

Nevertheless, if you wanna game on those platforms, you should buy a PS3 or PS4 and download/install the games you want in them with the assist of PSN Store, that's the only legitimate way to do so, any other means is not legal.
