Can my system run a Radeon HD 7750 and can it run these games?

I AM BUYING FROM DELL
I was wondering if my system would work good with the Raedon HD 7750
Prosessor- Intel Core i3 550 3.2 GHz
RAM- 8GB
Hard Drive- 921 GB with 393 GB free (I have a ton of games installed)
My current Video Card- Intel HD i3

I was wondering if this card on my system would run newer games including (but not limited to), The Forest, The Stomping Land, Skyrim, BF4, Rust, SimCity 2013, DayZ (ARMA II), and DayZ Standalone.
I would like to run at 1600x900 and around 30fps or more.

The reason I want to upgrade my video card is because i cannot run any of the games above, aside from Rust and SimCity, at more than 10fps and most of the time even less.

ALSO my computer is an Inspiron 580s

I would get an r7 260x. They are quite cheap and are also quite good for the price. I have an MSI model of the r7 260x and it is capable of playing PlanetSide 2 on ultra.
