Question Can my system run an RTX 4080

Currently have a RTX 4070 running with an
i7 12700F CPU
B660 Gigabyte Motherboard
32Gb DDR4 3200 Ram
700 Watts Power

I’ll need to update my power supply are there any issues doing that and will this setup allow a 4080 to function in 4K

manufacturer's recommended minimum varies from 750-850w.
the specific model card you choose will determine which would be your goal.

make sure to get a higher quality PSU that can reliably handle the large power output.

Get something ATX 3.1 with native 12VHP (850W, gold rated, 10 year warranty etc).
Seasonic is my first choice because they are the OEM, but Corsair is good too.
