Can my system run Fallout 4 at 1440p with around 50-60 fps? Please HELP

Hi there, my system contains two msi gtx 970 gpus, an amd fx 8350 processor at 4.4 ghzs and with a cooler master hyper evo cooler, a corsair rm850 watt psu, 2 sticks of corsair vengeance ddr3 ram ( 8 gigabytes in total), an asus m5a99fx pro r2.0, all in a corsai 200r case with plenty of airflow. So my question is how would fallout 4 run at 1440p with ultra settings? and just out of curiosity how would it handle fallout 4 in 4k? Any answers are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

No probably not your going to be bottlenecked to hell by your cpu. For some reason fallout 4 does not like AMD cpu's at all, im quite dissapointed by it as well.
