Can my "system" run rust?

Hi this is my first post on this site and I'm wondering if my system that I wish to build this summer and I'm on quite the tight budget but will rust run on a Pentium G4560 3,5 Ghz and a Gigabyte Rx 560 gaming oc and 8 gb of ram at 2400mhz and if you can tell me a playable fps please do thank you.

It will run the game yes, though I cannot tell you at what framerate. It should be playable.
